Prenatal Diet - Some Chicken Dishes


    CHICKEN FILLET FRIED WITH CELERY

    1 stick celery, cut into 2 inch strips
    150g chicken fillet, cut into strips
    ½ carrot, cut into strips
    2 slices ginger, shredded
    2 cloves garlic, sliced
    1 tsp wine

    Marinade: ¼ tsp light soy, ½ egg white, 1 tsp cornflour, dash of sesame oil, dash of pepper, 1 Tbsp oil. Sauce: 1 tsp light soy, ¼ tsp sugar, ½ tsp cornflour, dash of sesame seed oil & pepper, 2 Tbsp water.

    • Marinate chicken for 15mins & saute in hot oil. Set aside.
    • Heat oil & saute celery & carrots. Set aside.
    • Heat oil. Fry ginger & garlic until fragrant. Add chicken fillet. Sizzle wine.
    • Stir in celery & carrots. Add sauce & mix well.

    • Serve.
