Those in Singapore, you may also arrange for Self-Collection.

PROCESSING TIME:

Orders submitted will be processed on the NEXT Business Day. We usually take around 3 business days to process an Order.  As such, orders sent in on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on  Mondays & Tuesdays, depending on volume.  During high-volume periods such as times where there is a sale or promotion, processing time would likely take a little longer than usual.

Once an order has been confirmed:
a) Registered, Local & International Mail Packages will be sent out on Tuesdays & Thursdays 
b) Hand-Delivered packages will be Collected by Couriers and sent within 3 (Three) business days.
c) Do make allowance for slower turnaround times during peak festive and sale periods

1. BY MAIL
For Local Orders, we can send the items to you via Singapore Post at a Minimal Charge for postage & handling. Orders will be mailed out AFTER payment is received.  Payment Options available for Postal Deliveries are Credit Card, Internet Bank Transfer, or Cheques.  The cash payment option is not applicable to Postal Deliveries.

For packages that are requested to be sent via Registered Mail, another S$2.20 is to be added to
postage rates quoted above. Moms in Mind will not be responsible for lost packages that are sent
via Non-Registered Mail.

For International Orders, while there are some areas in the World where delivery is not available, we do Ship to Most Major Cities (subject to confirmation) by either International Registered Airmail or Worldwide Courier Service. You may indicate on your Order Form the Choice of Delivery you wish to have. 

Overseas Shipping Charge shown on the Online Shopping Cart is only an Estimated Charge.  If the Actual Shipping Costs is LOWER than the costs estimated in the Shopping Cart, we will proceed to send out your order.  IF, the actual shipping costs is HIGHER than the costs estimated in the Shopping Cart,  we will advise of such additional Shipping Costs by Email and hence the Total Costs of your order before charging your credit cards and sending out your orders. If no replies to these emails are received, we will cancel the order within 7 days from the date of the invoice.  International orders will take from 10 days to 3 weeks for postage time by usual Airmail or Air Parcel.

Shipping Charges will depend on the weight and size of your package.  All International Orders have to be sent via the Singapore Post Offices as all packages going out of Singapore sent via Registered Post .
An additional S$2.20 for the Registered Mail Service is thus to be added to rates tabled below.

2.  BY HAND

Available to ANY Local Singapore Address, be it your home, office or Grandmother's place.  We do not deliver to a post office box.  These packages will be sent via a Local Courier Service, charges being:

Extra Trips required for returns, exchanges, or failed deliveries  will be chargeable at S$10 per trip.

• Courier will call within 3 business days to arrange for delivery timing & location.
• No Necessity to wait around for Courier. Just make sure you have left an Accessible Telephone Contact.
• Deliveries generally effected within 3 to 5 working days from Order Confirmation.
  

• All deliveries are arrangeable during weekday hours up to 6pm only.
• No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays and at Night.

• Couriers will not wait around for customers to have private fitting sessions.

• Payment - Cheque / Exact Cash can be passed to the Delivery Person when Order is sent.
• If payment is NOT available on delivery, orders will not be left behind. Additional delivery trips are chargeable at S$10  per trip.


• Alternatively, payments can be made by credit card or internet bank transfers ahead of time.

3. SELF-COLLECTION
You may collect your order from our Office at Jalan Pemimpin during Opening Hours specified.
Orders for self-collection will be held on reserve for 2 weeks only, unless otherwise arranged for.
