If the item does not fit
or doesn't suit you - yes, you can exchange the items you
have purchased.
Options for exchanges:
a) Mail* (see below): You send item back to us at your cost. We send
new item at no
extra postal charges
b) Courier: We send you the new item. You pass item for return to
Courier. Charges: S$7 per trip
c) At Warehouse/Office: You come by our Warehouse where we have a Showroom, to
select items for exchanging.
d) Overseas*: You send item back at your cost. New item will then
be sent. Extra Airmail Postage is Chargeable.
If you are not able to decide on the item you wish to
exchange for, you may request for a Store Credit to be issued
instead. You will be given up to the end of the Calendar Year to
redeem this Store Credit.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Exchanges will be accepted for cases of manufacturer's
defects. Exchanges will be honoured only if done so within 30 days
from the date of invoice, subject to Written Confirmation with
Moms in Mind E-Mail or Fax.
- Returns cannot
be accepted on
worn, soiled, stained or washed merchandise (we trust that you will be
honest),
- Items to be
returned are to
be sent back in their original packaging, in a re-sellable condition.
- Discounted
Price Items sold are Final and will not be accepted for Exchanges,
- Personal items
like bras &
swimwear can only be tried on and not worn/washed. Panties and
Breastpads are
not
returnable. Breastpumps are also not returnable. It is required that
you do not try on swimwear
directly,
but with your underpants still on - again, we trust that you will be
understanding
& honest in this.
- Baby Carrier
Demonstration Video
CDs are not returnable,
- Dried Herbal
Products like the Herbal Teas & Herbal Soaks are not returnable,
- Return Items
should be sent
to our Listed Business Address at Customer's own Delivery Cost.
- Delivery or
Shipping fees are
not refundable.
* Moms in Mind cannot
be
responsible for lost or misdirected returns or items damaged on the way
back for an exchange. So for your own protection, please pack
your returned items properly to ensure
that
items do not get damaged in transit
and insure/register them if sending by post.
