1.
All our goods are in satisfactory condition for sale.
Terms of Warranty

All Warranty conditions are stated in the product information provided,
unless the manufacturer has provided none.
Price

All our prices are nett and priced in Singapore dollars. No discounts
will be given except during promotions.
4. Delivery is free for orders above SG$100 and delivered within Singapore.

Deliveries outside of Singapore will be charged according to prevailing shipment rates.
Payment
Processing
Please
note that All items are priced in Singapore
dollars. We only accept payments in Singapore Dollars.
5a. We accept payments by VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX via Worldpay.
5b. We accept Cash, Bank Transfers and Cheque payments.
6. We ensure
accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically
processed.

7.We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods.
8. We will not entertain any cancellations once order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
Confirmation of Orders
9. We will send an automated electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If item is unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action within 3 business days.
Exchanges and Refunds
10. Exchanges will be allowed for items
with manufacturer's defects. Other exchanges are subject to
Confirmation. Please send a Written Request, Emailed to <info@momsinmind.com.sg> or
Faxed to us, within 30 days from the Date of Invoice, If selected items
are out of
stock, you can exchange for another item of
